About

Kelly Johnson, MBA, is a versatile designer who bridges creativity and business strategy. With nearly a decade of experience across UX Design, Product Design, UX Architecture, and Service Design, Kelly has worked on complex applications for enterprises and SMBs . She’s contributed to product teams at brands like The Home Depot, UPS, W Hotels, Royal Caribbean, and Advent Health, refining her ability to blend creative vision with practical execution in diverse business settings.

Her design philosophy is simple: good design must drive outcomes that matter, like revenue growth, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency. She continually seeks ways to innovate and create measurable value, aligning each project’s objectives with strategic business goals, without sacrificing creativity.

Rooted in her Jamaican and Cuban heritage, Kelly brings a unique perspective to her work, which has become a valuable asset to the design cultures she’s part of. Outside of work, she enjoys being near the water, all things wellness and clean beauty, spending time with family and being in community with other creatives. Currently, she’s reading Reimagining Design by Kevin Bethune and New Methods for Women by Sharmadean Reid. Rest, travel, and biweekly acupuncture visits keep her refreshed and inspired.
