UPS

As a consulting product design associate, I worked concurrently with a UPS UX research team to translate insights from their research into an interactive prototype and final deliverable that simplifies the experience for medium-sized business and enterprise client interactions with UPS services.

THE HOME DEPOT

I lead the research and design of an enterprise product within a large-scale, ambiguous domain that enables designers, marketers, authorship teams—anyone who needs to reuse content across channels- to find the right content with ease.

COMMON SENSE AI

As a consulting product designer, I lead design for the “wizard” portion of a venture-backed software that uses large language model AI to generate privacy policies. I injected wizard-style progress indicators, info tips, and calls to action to guide users through this experience.

W HOTELS

Through a brief and a review of the renowned W Hotel chain's brand identity, I was tasked with creating an on-brand Interactive TV app Interface. The ITV system affords hotel patrons the convenience of ordering movies, making restaurant reservations, among other utilities.

ROYAL CARIBBEAN

As the product designer, I led a consumer-facing modernization project to streamline Royal Caribbean's dining booking process. I focused on encouraging early reservations with clearer, visible times, reducing confusion around dining options like Specialty DiningMy Time, and Traditional Dining, and creating clear CTAs to guide new and experienced cruisers.
