UX Architect III

2023 – Current

In my role as a UX Architect, I contributed to a major content migration project, transitioning a global website from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) across 19 languages. This project was a key component of a comprehensive web renovation initiative aimed at enhancing the user experience for a diverse, global audience. I collaborated with global cross-functional teams, translating complex information architecture requirements into an organized site structure and a cohesive design strategy. Our collaborative efforts ensured that consumer-facing campaigns were seamlessly integrated, resulting in a more intuitive and engaging user journey.

2022 – 2023

As the UX Design lead on a high-stakes project for UPS, I spearheaded the redesign and prototyping of a business hub dashboard tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This involved not just revamping the user interface, but also crafting a seamless user experience that met the unique needs of SMEs within the UPS ecosystem. I partnered with in-house UX researchers, creating interactive prototypes to ensure that the dashboard was intuitive and aligned with UPS's enterprise goals. The end result was a streamlined and impactful tool that significantly improved how SMEs interacted with their business resources.
